Crawl, Explore and Discover
The Freestanding Tunnel invites young children to crawl, peek, hide and explore. With playful peek-a-boo openings along the tunnel, children can see what’s happening around them while discovering the fun of moving through an enclosed space.
Designed for toddlers and preschoolers, this tunnel encourages active movement while leaving plenty of room for imaginative play. Children can crawl through to find a friend, play peek-a-boo through the openings, or turn the tunnel into part of an imaginary adventure. Its low-profile design makes it an approachable play element for young children and a natural addition to a preschool or daycare playground.
Choose the configuration that fits your play space and the way children like to move:
Straight – A simple, open-ended crawl-through experience.
90-Degree Turn – Adds a change of direction and a little more discovery.
S-Curve – A longer, winding tunnel that creates an engaging path to explore.
Use one on its own or combine multiple configurations to create a larger pathway that encourages children to move, explore and interact with one another.
The Freestanding Tunnel is built with durable, commercial-grade materials, including recycled structural plastic and recycled post-consumer HDPE panels, for an environmentally responsible play experience designed for early childhood environments.
*Designed for ages 6 months–5 years and accommodates 1–2 children. ADA accessible.
*Safety surfacing is required beneath and around the tunnel to provide protection in the event of a fall.
