Steps for Service:

  • Step 1: Complete the Customer Service Form below for parts on an existing playground that need to be replaced or repaired.
  • Step 2: Upload Photos pertaining to the repair after filling out the form. These guidelines describe what we need.
  • Step 3: Nature of Early Play’s Customer Service Department will assist you in processing Warranty claims.
