That original design has only gotten better with time. Over the years, we’ve refined our benches to be supportive and comfortable for users of all ages and sizes — from the smallest toddler to the grandparent watching from across the playground.

Every bench we build, whether child-sized or adult, is comfortable, eco-friendly, low-maintenance, and safe. That last point matters more than people realize. Our benches comply with ASTM and CPSC #1 guidelines for head entrapment, the highest fatality risk on playgrounds. We go a step further by meeting the stricter ASTM F2373 standard for children 6 to 23 months old: all openings are either less than 3 inches or greater than 9 inches, with the exception of ground-level activities. In plain terms, a child’s head can’t get stuck.

It’s available in 4-foot and 6-foot lengths, with bench supports in Chocolate or Latte and seat tops in Latte or Mist.
